Adam Rosenberg of UGO.com sounds of with a solid B for Lego Batman: The Videogame (yes, that's the official title)... Personally, I was a little disappointed (a whole lot disappointed actually) in Lego Indy, but it seems like they got their acts together for the Batman game (which probably lends itself more towards a lego title than Indy).

Before this week, developer Traveller’s Tales had released a total of four Lego games which covered only two licenses: Star Wars and Indiana Jones. It is with some relief then that we greet the arrival of Lego Batman: The Videogame. Not only does the game feature improvements over the late-Spring disappointment that was Lego Indiana Jones, it also finally takes on a license which wasn’t created by George Lucas. While Lego Batman: The Videogame still falls short in many ways to the superior Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, TT gets high praise at least for doing justice to the license.

I haven't been that impressed with lego games tbh. So im on the fence with this game. Might be a rental.

I liked the SW ones, but again, for rental purposes. I actually picked up Indy Jones Lego, but traded that in for Disgaea 3... was sorely disappointed. This looks great though.
