No one was more eager to play or review this game than myself, complete with owning the obvious negative stigma that must be associated with a game like this. I appreciate cult in video games like others appreciate it in film and I was hoping that OneChanbara would be my version of a Grindhouse film. To be fair, OneChanbara is trying to be just that, but it gets lost in trying to be so many other things that the final product is about as messy as the screenshot below.
