We’re now leading into spring and things are about to improve on all gaming consoles, especially the somewhat neglected Sony PSP. The many games I have mentioned in countless previews are finally hitting the shelves, one of them being the seamlessly addictive Patapon 2. When the PSP first launched we were soon greeted by Loco Roco, a delicious piece of feel-good gaming that instantly became a bestseller worldwide. Loco Roco’s success was soon followed by Patapon, the brainchild of Loco’s creators, which would go on to receive an equally ample amount of support. Never did I think that the PSP could establish major series, but time after time I have been proven wrong with the release of more SOCOM, Pursuit Force and Monster Hunter titles, all scoring high amongst critics.
