There's a big chance that TDS hasn't been dicussed at all on Neoseeker, and has been overlooked by not just critics but also the general gaming community. Resumeplay dives back into the retro dungeons of this so-called re-mastered title courtesy of Atlus.
We disliked
No visual representation of the game’s four protagonists is alarming, especially in first person. I want to be able to kit my adventurers up and see them do the fighting on-screen, not wait for a sudden flash to signify dealt damage…
The game is far too hard at its very beginning. Those who have never played this style of RPG will be instantly put off. Sometimes, you will find your characters unable to attack or cast speels for no apprent reason, only exacerbating the frustration bought up in the heat of the game’s very dull combat.
Tedium. This game oozes with the stuff. Aside from the occasional hilarious character and their script, the game hasn’t got any hooks. None whatsoever.
