There is no story of plotline behind Trackmania, it is simply a racing title in which you race for points, which can be spent via the in-game store. Trackmania offers several single player modes including regular races, platform races and puzzle races. In the regular races, you will be pitted against three ghosts; one bronze, one silver, and one gold; beating each one of the ghosts in a race will add points to your total. In the platform races, you are alone and must tackle a course in the shortest time possible, whilst watching out for the holes and unshielded edges of the track, lest you tumble from the course and have to start over. The most interesting mode in the single player modes is the puzzle races. In this mode you will be given a set number of construction pieces, and you must build your own track from the designated start point to the finish. You will have to build the most fast and efficient track to score gold in these races, but it lets you experiment with the basics of the game’s biggest feature…
