I was finally able to read Perry Piekarski's review for the new Naruto Shippuden Ninja Council 4 game on DS.. and .. sadly, it did not fare too well. A game that he really tried to like (honestly) but it was such a failure, the only good that comes from it is reading his review.

I really wanted to like this game. Honestly, I did. But good looks alone can’t support gameplay that functions like a rigged ring-toss game. You know the ones where the pegs are way larger than the rings so nobody can win? Yeah, this game plays a lot like that.
