Whether or not you believe that Eidos is fixing Batman: Arkham Asylum's reviews, you have to admit that this looks like the game of the summer, and possibly one of the best games of 2009. With all of the review scores mainly in the 90s or so, I'm getting more and more hyped about this.
Now hurry up and get here.

US, August 21, 2009 - It's not often that I'm conflicted about a game. Don't get me wrong, review scores are in the eye of the beholder so I'm sure there are plenty of times that you've read something I have written and not agreed with me. I mean that it's rare for me to play a game during a demo and not have a solid idea of what the final product is going to be. I played bits of Batman: Arkham Asylum a few times before I finally got a copy to review, and I always found myself coming away with mixed feelings. I enjoyed the combat and attacking from the shadows, but the pacing seemed off and Batman's movements seemed stiff. Could Rocksteady really pull everything together to deliver on one of DC Comics' biggest franchises?
After having beaten the game, I can tell you the answer is most certainly "Yes."

Hehe, I wouldnt know where to start. I hate jumping in mid series on something, or watching something to which I have no true grasp of the canon. I guess Batman just never crossed my path of interest as a child. Game looks fantastic though.
and dont watch the old Batman show with Adam West, Batman Forever or Batman and Robin unless you just need a good laugh one day, because they are all really laughable. but whatever you do, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER watch Catwoman, in case you were considering it.
I kinda know it off by heart now. Gonna watch some of the animated comics in abit too.
ROLL ON FRIDAY!
