As stores are seemingly inundated with rhythm games, many gamers may find themselves wondering if the latest Guitar Hero is simply more of the same. Is it worth upgrading? Spawn Kill's Tigresa takes an in depth look at the game and gives you her final verdict. Doin' it right or doin' it wrong? Find out by reading her full review.

Yes we heave and haw about another Guitar Hero being released every few months, because it’s generally the same game with a $60 sticker price for a setlist that could have just been DLC. Many of the finishing touches placed on the game make it a complete package worth a measly three Andrew Jacksons.

I enjoy both Guitar Hero and Rock Band for different reasons, but this edition of GH has really nailed what I enjoy about RB, sans the extensive music store.

thats what ive been saying since E3, GH5 seems to be doing everything that made RB1 so good. no shame in copying the competition just so long as everyone knows rock band is better

      Agreed.

Its almost as iff GH is just now catching up to Rock Band. Too bad HMX is gonna revolutionaize music gaming with the Rock Band Network and RB3 next year...

Can't believe they're already at Guitar Hero 5 haha. I barely knew there was a 4th before hearing about the news of this one.

I'm glad they abandoned the cash for the challenges. Wasn't necessary in my opinion.
