It's free... Have we really become so spoiled as gamers that we are critisising free content? Who cares if the original game was great these are merely challenge rooms, they do not effect the core game.. Lastly they are FREE.

Have you seen the L4D craze as of late? If fans don't get what they want, they are unhappy. -_- They need to realize that things don't always go according to plan.

But yeah, free DLC = instant win in my books. They are side challenges that you can have fun with. Fun and addictive uses of Batman's stealth and fighting ability, can't go wrong.

Yes, gamers have. Where have you been for the past three *bleep*ing years?

Obviously in my own little world enjoying all this content they willingly create for me.

You obviously misunderstand me. I'm not saying their bitching is warranted but it boggles my mind how you can't understand that the majority of gamers are whiny, petulant bitches, what with them crying whenever they see something they dislike and starting boycotts over games they know *bleep* all about. It would be like asking if Bandito likes trolling; it's so freaking obvious that it shouldn't be a question.

Of course God forbid logic, reasoning and common sense get in the way of acting smug, eh?

Unfortunately that's the side affect of the gaming world becoming wider and wider with more and more people entering gaming . . . we tend to get a tidal wave of 30-something year old, immature, whiney brats/fanboys.

We do get a handful of good people into gaming though . . . About 1 in 1,024 perhaps?

As said, its free. Does it have to have a price tag in order for it to be worth anything?

you all are retarded. the sheer stupidity of your being makes scientists and scholars commit mass suicide.

this comment was brought to you free of charge, thus you have to right to complain about it or criticize it.

    also, batman DLC is lame.

There's a flaw in your logic though; the DLC gives us entertainment where as you don't whatsoever, so if someone wants to complain they can. Stop trolling and think with your mindz

Way to get attention with that first sentence: you are all retarded. Then, as if we didn't understand what retarded meant, you continue with just how stupid we are...and for what, I may ask? For liking the game if I'm not mistaken.

It may not be your cup o' tea or you just want to jump on some 'it sucks!' bandwagon because the mass likes it, but how about dropping insults and actually backing up your statements? Then we'd move forward.

        BANDITO ATTACK Sep 30, 09
        http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/parody

the game had the laziest boss fights ever. detective mode is annoying. challenges are repetitive as hell. stealth is laughably shallow. AI is remarkably dull.
remember how in the comic books and cartoons batman fights the joker? and how he fights croc? and how he fights the scarecrow? batman is cool. batman's villains are cool. batman fighting his villains is the coolest thing ever. this is why i like batman. only twice in this game does batman truly fight his any of the villains.
then, past the fact that it's a batman game, boss fights MAKE an action game. what if you got to the end of guts man's level in megaman, and instead of fighting him he just threw a bunch of little helmet-monster-things down and hopped up onto a ledge to watch you fight them? that would be pretty damn lame. then what if you got to the end of the game, beat all of wiley's castles, and he did the SAME DAMN THING? that would be retarded.
then what if you get up to protoman, the coolest megaman villain around, and instead of fighting him head on you just have to walk down a series of hallways, and occasionally shoot him once in the head when he pops out the floorboards? yeaaah.. batman does all of these things.

So you just don't like the game in general, which is fine, but that revokes your right to talk about the DLC being bad (well it doesn't but it revokes your right to be taken seriously) because you're obviously going to think that if you didn't like the game; so you, stop trolling and you, Storm, stop falling for it. You'd think after the GTA fiasco from back in the day you'd have learnt

Lazy boss fights? It's how Batman would take them on in a given situation...this game isn't repetitive with boss fights which is good. The only disappointing fight to me is Bane's. I know the comics well enough to know that Joker's intentions are never truly clear. He was more into the fame and exposure during the final battle, and I thought it was obvious that he's NOT a fighter. Joker can't take Batman, Scarecrow can't take Batman...many villains cannot hand-to-hand, what were you expecting? He wanted Batman to become like him for a Godzilla-like battle, and got pretty pissed when he didn't change and used the antidote. Croc couldn't take off the neck brace, it was specially built to contain him. Only a key from the Warden or something can take that off. Batman was the underdog during that part being in Croc's territory (near water), and he wasn't there to fight Croc, there was a bigger matter at hand, and that was to get the plant.

I'll give you the dumb AI, but Batman isn't some Hulk or Superman, he's still just a man who uses his environment to his advantage, as well as his gadgets. And yeah it's an action game, but it's also a stealth and adventure game, with a bit of platforming. The action is in the battles against the hordes and the intensity of the boss battles. It's just not about punching.

I don't give a damn if you weren't being serious, don't insult people like that. You did it in the other article and it was whatever, but if you do if often it's as if you do mean it.

And what is, "...thus you have to right to complain about it or criticize it." To right to? :S Was it supposed to say 'the' or 'no?' If it wasn't meant to be taken seriously, at least you could have made that note clearer.
