As a person who attended VGXpo last year (and enjoyed it despite it's flaws), I was sad to read Intern Richard's description of how the convention went down this year. Something tells me that this little con won't be making it to "E3" status anytime soon.

At VGXpo there was nothing. Just a bunch of convention center workers who didn’t know what the *bleep* was going on, and a volunteer staff that was just plain annoyed at how disorganized the whole thing was.

How about a map inside the program guide that actually showed where things were, not just a bunch of *bleep*ing dark voids on an equally dark background with some shit written on it. “I havent’ seen a map this hard to figure out since Metroid Prime,” sez Perry.

The biggest thing missing from VGX was just some general organization. If you’re hosting an event, any event, you would think one of the biggest thing you would want is to have things organized. Not VGXpo.

That sounds like Anime Expo at the LACC. I'm sorry you didn't have a grand time -- love the article picture though. So lonely.
