Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising is now available across Europe on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Though the first title received an Xbox conversion after initially releasing as a PC exclusive, when Codemasters originally unveiled the new identity of the Operation Flashpoint series, it came as quite a shock that the game was being developed with the intention on launching across multiple formats. Codemasters clearly believe there’s a market for a challenging Combat Simulator on consoles, and with a lack of any competition in sight, you’d have a hard time arguing against them.
