If you're looking for a scary game to play for Halloween then the recently released JU-ON: The Grudge for the Nintendo Wii may look like an appealing game. Considering how it's based on the hit film franchise it should have a lot going for it but sadly falls flat on all fronts.

JU-ON follows a very basic gameplay premise: you walk around abandoned buildings in first person view with only your flashlight to illuminate the eerie darkness which is occupied by creepy Japanese ghosts. It has all the makings of a good game but somehow everything completely falls apart within the first 10 minutes of playing.
