One of the only fighting games I've ever bothered to try and deeply understand outside of Street Fighter is Tekken. There's something about the mechanics, and ability to button tap control each limb, that I love.
While Tekken 6 hit Japanese arcades in 2007 and 2008, those of us without a booming arcade scene have had to patiently wait. For those of you who only own an Xbox 360, the wait has been even longer. Was it worth it? Let's see.

"The gameplay is stiff and hasn't changed since Tekken 1"
So I gess he's only ever played Tekken 1.
I've been playing online for two days now and I've honestly encountered very little lag. I only experienced it on two different occasions, in which it sorted itself out after a round.
While there is a definite emphasis placed on the campaign, it's not like the other modes have suffered or anything really. They're all still there in pretty much their regular glory. Sure, campaign can get repetitive if you aren't doing it for the trophies/achievements or the customization items, but the stages only take you a few minutes to blast through.
