This week, Yahtzee reviews Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Watch the video for his hilarious take on the AAA PS3 exclusive. Now heres a reviewer who doesn't spend half the review gushing over the graphics.

    I lol'd at the wall climbing criticism and the Gamespot reference though

    I'm actually going to go and say I didn't like this review much. I own Uncharted 1 and plan on getting 2, and while I can pass off most of the comments as jokes, Yahtzee completly fails to mention the co-op and multiplayer at all, and then complains when there's nothing new.

    So yeah

      He hates interacting with other people in a game that allows a solo-experience focus. Said so in some past reviews.

      So, within the context of what he played, there is nothing new.

        Really? Still doesn't justify his comments though. You can't just say "Oh this game has no real advancements at all...excluding this, this, this and this."

          Because tacked on multiplayer is such a great advancement that's never been done before, right?

          Multiplayer and Co-op have never been done in Uncharted, or indeed a whole many action games at all. Not that it matters, whichever way you put it you can't just review a game and ignore two thirds of it, then make comments about how its the same as its predecessor.

          You can when you've stated along the lines of "I only review the single-player" in multiple reviews and keep it within that context.

      He did make the point about it definitely not being a bad game though, he just wasn't impressed with its lack of innovation.

    The copy of Gamesmaster UK I bought (Magazine) also said it's not innovative at all so Yahtzee got that one right Lol.
