Here is PlayStation LifeStyle's review of the Netflix service for PS3. The newest feature to the PS3 is a great addition. Netflix is a feature that everyone can enjoy.

Netflix has offered instant streaming for quite some time now. The Xbox 360 has enjoyed Netflix instant streams since late 2008. Additionally other consumer electronics devices support the popular streaming service. It was only a matter of time and a natural fit for the jack of all media, the PlayStation 3, to support Netflix.

    I don't like rentals through consoles, I'd rather just go rent one from the store. more solid system.

      you arent renting it, you simply select it and start streaming the movie. it's a part of the netflix deal. So you don't pay per movie you just pay the normal netflix fee.

    Yup, it's out. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's amazing. Not only can you add movies to your instant queue, you can get some in HD and for like 10 bucks a month I get one DVD or Blue Ray in the mail. It really is awesome. It streams movies so fast too, you'd never know. Highly recommended if you're into watching movies or catching up on TV series.
