Another pretty favorable review for Tropico 3. The reviewer does note that the title is easier to manage (control) on the PC due to the keyboard, but credits the developer with mapping the controls onto the Xbox 360 controller.

Deep down in our subconscious we all wonder what we would be like if we were a dictator. We wonder if we'd handle power responsibly and delegate authority and goods fairly or if we would rule with an iron fist. It's because of our human want to control things that dictator-sims like Tropic 3 get gobbled up on computers. It allows people to live out their fantasies of being evil jerks without actually hurting anyone. But will people lap up a dictator-sim on a console?
