Heavy Rain is no exception . .come over and check out our latest review on the PS3's latest blockbuster game come movie come game.

Heavy Rain is Quantic Dream’s latest idea of turning an A Grade movie styled experience into an interactive, chair gripping adventure. While this is not a direct sequel to their 2005 cult classic Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy, Heavy Rain further develops, refines and reinvents the game play formula building on Fahrenheit for the better.

Due the strong story in Heavy Rain this review will be as spoiler free as possible. To put the story summary into one sentence would be: To find and stop the Origami Serial Killer. There you go, that’s more spoiler free than the back of the box.

The game’s story centres around 4 main characters that all generally get alternated as playable characters with each chapter in the game. The brilliance of doing this is it keeps you viewing the story from many different perspectives just as you often would in the movies. And in the later portions of the game, it really does increase the tension when you know your characters are about to walk into something that you already know about.

      There are some straight up biased sites that post articles on GG, but OXCGN is legit and one of the few good ones out there. I've enjoyed what I've read from them - they haven't hesitated to give PS3 exclusives praise when they deserve it and have frequently been tough on 360 exclusives when they deserve it. XboxOZ360 is a good poster here too when I actually see his comments, good guy.

      But this article is giving me a "Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here." message. Found it on the site, but the link here isn't working for me at least. The title doesn't really have a negative, fanboy-like connotation that spurred these reactions: why would he want to steal what in their biased minds were shit anyway? Lighten up.

          No, just your poor, ignorant judgement. This is a site primarily aimed at 360 owners which reviewed MGS4 and inFamous and said they were both brilliant, but that doesn't mean anything, right? They must be fanboys for having a preference, mustn't they?

    I do enjoy sites like these who promote peace amongst fanboys. Although I would like to point out that I think the planetxbox360 website is just a really, really bad joke (Weekly they produce three or four pointless list articles)
