God of War III is nearing release, but reviews are now coming in since Sony has released the review embargo on the title. Will the final story in the saga of Kratos prove to be worth the wait? Or will fail short of expectations?

The God of War series first saw release on the PS2 back in March 2005 and it took gamers by surprise. Featuring sharp visuals and violent gameplay, Santa Monica Studios was able to evolve the traditional logic of what an intense action/adventure game was thanks to the introduction of Quick-Time Events and over-the-top killing sequences, God of War was quickly beloved by gamers of all kinds and the series never looked back from that point on. It’s now time for the final chapter of Kratos and his epic journey to get revenge on the gods of Olympus. In the end…..will there only be chaos?
