Post-apocalyptic settings in games are nothing new these days, with the likes of the Fallout series leading the way. However, it’s not often you’ll see a post-nuclear Russia, toiled in ecological and ideological conflict. Metro 2033 enters the field and brings some interesting gameplay ideas and a compelling setting.
