From publisher Aksys games comes an epic adventure that spans five generations of strategy role-playing action full of heroes, battle and plenty of girls to keep you busy.

As a young hero named Leonhardt lay dying he is offered another chance at life, with one major catch, he must offer up his soul and that of his descendants to stop a threat that could destroy everything he holds dear. Players will take control of Leonhardt and each of his descendants, as well as choose a wife for the next generation’s hero to be born from, as they each must fulfill the destiny laid before them.

The game’s battle system is extremely deep and offers an incredible challenge at times, as players battle though multiple enemies, and sometimes waves, in their quest to stop the enemy from gaining the upper hand.

All in all this game is a long and difficult game, but is worth at least one play through. Strategy RPGs are a niche genre, but for those gamers willing to try it, they will be rewarded with a fun game that offers plenty of replay as well as “pick up and play” value.
