GameZone's Raychul Moore delivers her impressions of Rockstar's latest downloadable content for Red Dead Redemption and walked away terribly unimpressed with what was provided.

If I would have had to pay for this DLC pack, I would demand a refund. The missions are frustrating, unoriginal and, for the most part, the co-op experience is poorly designed. So make sure you posse up with seasoned Red Dead players and light some soothing candles before jumping into this mess of a co-op pack.

I beg to differ. Sure if you're going for gold every time you want a good posse, but in general, if you team up with rookies or morons, it can be lots of fun to see what they do.

Atleast thats how I look at it...now. Before when I was going for gold every time it was downright infuriating. But that was their fault, not the games.

Actually the co-op pack is the most fun I've had playing online in Red Dead Redemption. If not for the DLC pack, I probably wouldn't even be bothering with the online right now.

Ditto. Played with Machienzo and some of his buddies last night, good players, got gold on everything (advanced) except for The River, just a thousand points off or so. More fun than the repetitive gang missions or randomly killing each other. Considering the entire pack consists of some real simple scripting, I wonder how much more then can put togetether. They made ginormous episodes for GTA, if they can do something for Red Dead on anything close to the scale and involve multiplayer then it can be well worth it in the long run.

        Was that you Shepard?
Anyway, I really enjoyed the co-op DLC. The sub-plots make it that little more interesting too. Who can complain, it was free for christ sake.

        *EDIT
Just checked your profile for your psn and it was you. I thought you were just some random Machi knows on psn . I was brandoss77 btw, Prowl is a member here too

Its free, how could you be disappointed? This guy is just crying for the sake of crying (possibly for attention also).

I personally loved them, even the Herd strangely enough.

Oddly enough the herding one was my favorite. I guess because it's something more than just shooting people for the sake of shooting people; it's a nice change, and something that requires you to do more than just line up a reticle. A someone who isn't a fan of FPSs, I welcome games that try different gameplay mechanics.

Age old saying: It's free, don't like it? Play shit then.
