Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 Review (GamesCastLive)

The original Force Unleashed was generally well-recieved across the board, however there were a few touch-ups that were definately needed. The sequel is finally here and GamesCastLive give their verdict of this force-powered entry into the Star Wars video game series.

Star Wars games have been around for as long as we can remember and for the most part, they’ve managed to deliver some great experiences. The Force Unleashed 2 is the latest offering from Lucas Arts as well as the follow up to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Will it manage to outdo its father and wield the true power of the force? We’re about to find out.

    Not too sure about this game. Doesn't seem like it adds enough to what the first game has. I mean one new force power?

    4.5/5? I would have given it a 2.5. I felt the gameplay was VASTLY improved from the first game, twas way more fun.

    However, the story was piss-poor, the ending was weak, and I finished it in 5 hours - one sitting. Roughly 7 hours? Yeah, if you stop and take breaks. Mediocre review from a clear Star Wars fanboy - and this is coming from someone who LOVED Force Unleashed, and eagerly anticipated this game.

    It's a rental, nothing more.

      If what you say is true, then I'll probably give the game a pass, even though I love the previous one too. A young padawan should learn from the words of a Jedi Master.
