Mike Fletcher is back again with another walk down memory lane. This week he is mounting up and preparing for battle in 'Mount and Blade' to give us his views on this classic Indie Game from TaleWorlds.

As much as it pains me to say it, the graphics are what you would expect from an indie game. They aren’t bad, but far from cutting-edge. The have chosen to go for the realistic approach rather than an artistic or cartoony style, which works at a glance but after a while you might become fed up with the stupidly small trees and lack of anything not made from stone. The models are still rudimentary at best and the animations are slower than a slug trying to climb out of a greasy bin bag.
