Monterey Jack sees the win for the thirty-ninth round of Articles of Excellence with his review for Resident Evil 4. Giving it a score to challenge some opinions with a 2.7/5, he admits the game has some good points to it, but is ultimately a chore to play thanks to the controls.

After the incident at Raccoon City in Resident Evil 2, Leon is sent to rescue the president's daughter, Ashley Graham, from a cult in Spain. This cult is planning to infect some pretty big people with some sort of mind control virus that makes them like zombies, except they're still alive.
