Liberation is a brand new map featured in call of duty modern warfare 3 first dlc content drop one of two new maps. This map works for online or spec ops game modes. This is a huge map and features wide open spaces and mini guns.

At the two ends of the map are sandbag-mounted chaingun turrets which, when used properly, can wreak havoc on enemy forces. Like the one in the Bakaara map, it’s suicide to spend much time firing, since it makes you an easy target for distant snipers. The two miniguns on Liberation are great for crowd control, however. Just be sure to note: they’re not usable in Survival mode, only multiplayer.
