Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing

As a gamer with wide and varied tastes that span the whole spectrum of gaming genres I am baffled and shocked at the negative reception, current low review scores and scathing reviews many other websites and reviewers have gave Neverdead. I set the record straight on Neverdead with this review.
Neverdead is one of the few games that comes out and wants to not only break the mould but completely obliterate it. Neverdead attempts to be a different game to everything else out there and even though it does not completely achieve this it at least makes a good effort at doing so. This game is a cross between a third person shooter and an action adventure game with puzzle elements and RPG features thrown in for good measure. Neverdead is not just another third person shooter that attempts to clone Gears Of War like many others out there. Neverdead follows the examples of no other game and is a good game in it’s own right. In a gaming climate that is populated with sequels or third instalments of possibly every game known to man it is refreshing as a reviewer and a gamer to play a game that is unique enough to set itself aside from the rest.
