Saitek's latest hands on throttle and stick (HOTAS) system is their X52 Pro. Built off the standard X52 Flight Control System, the Pro edition enhances the already-good peripheral to the next level with better design, construction, as well as a much more useful multi-function display (MFD) on the throttle. I have used both the X52 Pro in my flight simming as well as the Thrustmaster COUGAR and really can't say anything bad about either of them save for their high cost.
