Overclocked: A History of Violence was developed by House of Tales. Based in Germany, House of Tales also developed the adventure game 'The Mystery of the Druids'. Overclocked is their latest release and chronicles the story of David McNamara, an army psychiatrist who is sent to the Staten Island mental hospital to investigate a strange occurrence. It seems five young men and women seemed to, without warning, go dangerously insane. As you uncover the reason behind this happening, you will jump into the other characters shoes while they try to 'remember' what happened to them.
Conclusion: The atmosphere created by the graphics, sound, and story all combine wonderfully in Overclocked: A History of Violence. This game is a must-play for adventure game fans out there looking for an engrossing experience. There are definitely alot of modern features in the game while at the same time it holds on to the basic tenants of adventure gaming set forth so...
