"Dengeki is either playing games with our hearts or a big announcement concerning Demon's Souls is possibly coming our way very soon. In the latest Dengeki Games podcast, they hint at a big announcement of an unannounced sequel to a title that was released last year and it'll release this fall. The title is described as very hard and interesting -- exactly what Demon's Souls was."

Dead Space Extraction didn't have great sales on the Wii, but will it have more success on the PS3 and 360?

Possibly.

Planet Cracker, a lesser-known title, was also listed as a game that might see a PSN and XBLA release.

Leaving the entire gaming community in perhaps the most severe case of "WTF?!" so far this year. More information after the jump.

VG247 has supposedly been supplied with a document of a casting call for a F.E.A.R. 3 promo.

It seems legit enough, but could this really be the leaked details of a previous casting call for a F.E.A.R. 3 web promo?

If so, then you might (or might not) want to check out these juicy spoilers.

"Apparently, someone at Enterbrain made a little booboo and the online info page for the current issue of Famitsu was uploaded with the above cover image... from next week's issue.

It's since been changed back to the current issue, which has Kingdom Hearts on the cover (not because of a new Kingdom Hearts game though -- Sora just happens to be featured in the magazine's ongoing character feature this week).

But, of course, the damage has already been done. Surrounding sexy Nana Mizuki on..."

"Earlier this morning we were contacted by an employee at a major international publisher with the following information:

"Just heard a rumour that you may be interested in: Nintendo are going to announce a new platform at GDC. Some devs have already started work on it."

Our contact had no further information about whether the new platform was a handheld, home console or something else. The source also stated that he was sure of the platform's existence, but that the GDC launch was a les..."

A rumor is currently floating around the 'net that Metal Gear Solid: Rising's Raiden has had a bit of an update in his appearance.

The new Raiden is a little prettier, has baby blues instead of brown eyes, and his hair is now a more silvery grey color. The suit has also been upgraded and there appears to be a new object (his sword, perhaps?) in front of him.

"In a post titled "Hello hypervisor, I'm geohot," hacker George Hotz (already known in the iPhone community) has made a strong claim: that he has cracked the PS3. The system has remained (mostly) uncompromised for over three years now, with a few exceptions here and there."

According to the BBFC, the PC version of Dragon Age: Origins's expansion might have more sex! While the console version had "no strong sexual image that would have been considered a classification issue at 18", the PC version does and has been given an 18+ rating as a result.

This hasn't been confirmed by either EA and Bioware just yet, soI'll stick this in the 'Rumor' category.

The state of the PS3 version of Square Enix's The Last Remnant has been a mystery for months now. There were rumors it was cancelled, now a listing on Amazon Japan has revealed that it is yet to be released.

It would be nice if Square Enix finally set the record straight.

"A BBFC classification for a "Game of the Year" edition of Batman: Arkham Asylum has popped up online, causing quite a stir here at Joystiq HQ. While we all agree that Batman was "a game of the year," the listing offers no clues as to what would be included in a GOTY package. So, allow us to activate detective mode:"

Jaffe, director of the series as well as the first installment of the God of War franchise, is known for his candor about the video-game industry, so it seems possible that he could be at the very least considering revisiting the beloved vehicle-combat franchise.""
