Dead Rising confirmed for the PS3?

While the Wii owners are waiting for the Wii version and the PC owners are waiting for an announcement, John Diamonon hints that there might be a PS3 version of Dead Rising. Time will tell, time will tell.

On comment #121 of the official Playstation Blog, John Diamonon replys to a comment talking about Dead Rising for the PS3, stating "You haven't seen the last of Dead Rising." Could this be an unofficial announcement that Dead Rising is indeed coming to the PS3?

While many know Capcom supports multiplatform games and has a Dead Rising Wii version coming soon, can this only mean that its coming to the PS3 also

      I don't know, the whole Frankenstein bit gets a little old for me, but nothing beats mowing down a horde of zombies in a matter of seconds.

    Heh, if it's Dead Rising, it's safe to say that Capcom jumped a year or two late into that bandwagon. I'm not hoping much for Dead Rising 2 right now, last time Capcom made a comment like that, they came out with *bleep*ing Lost Planet...like being slapped in the face on your birthday.

        Compared to Dead Rising, Lost Planet was a disappointment. Also the game has complicated Third person shooter controls for no good reason, not even the online makes up for it.

    i would love for dead rising to be on the ps3. it was incredibly fun on the 360.

    could he also be hinting with You haven't seen the last of Dead Rising by there being a Dead Rising2 in the works

    I agree with Keoksey although it would be cool if it did come to PS3
