Killzone 2 to feature 4 player co-op?

Silver Mirror | September 05, 2008 | Rumor | Playstation 3
Killzone 2 has already been confirmed to get a update for extras such as co-op after its release. And in a recent preview GamesRadar mentioned 4 player co-op. Which considering the graphics and framerate would be a amazing achievement. No word on whether this is offline or online, or whether its even true at all.
There are question marks over the level of scripted events. Guerrilla are masters of setting up the blockbuster set-piece battle, but is that enough? Can Killzone 2 better CoD4 online? The Badge system that enables you to customise character set-ups, creating hybrids of familiar classes such as Scouts, Engineers, Medics, etc. could prove revolutionary. And then there’s the four-player co-op campaign to look forward to. Now that really could be something special.

I would love the 4 person co-op mode, would make having a group of friends over a lot more fun and will be able to chuck out the "taking turns" system.

I was expecting it to have co op. I wont be getting it if it doesn't.

If it's online co-op then framerate doesn't really matter at all? It's the same concept as regular multiplayer.
