A rumor about Gears of War 2 has come out, that people who buy the game will get a special code that will let them unlock five multiplayer maps, called Gridlock, Subway, Canals, Mansion, and Tyro Station. Another rumor has come out that those who attend the midnight release events, will get a special gold plated Hammerburst.

A second rumor is saying that those who will attend the midnight selling events on release date will get a code that will make a special gold plated Hammerburst available. The collector’s edition will have a gold plated Lancer.
