I'm sure gamers are really starting feel woozy on this roller-coaster ride of information regarding Section 8, but the story seems to go a bit deeper when a cryptic response from SouthPeak unveils that the PlayStation 3 version of Section 8 may not be released with the PC and Xbox 360 version.

It would probably benefit gamers if the publisher just let the community know if the game was canceled for the console or not, but the article explains the rest.

We’ve recently received an update regarding the scenario for Section 8 on the PlayStation 3. While the details are sketchy, there’s a strong possibility that the game could still make it onto the PlayStation 3, it just might not be this year.

Now a few days ago we reported that this 2009 shooter wouldn’t be making it to the PS3 this year. Based on the game’s late 2009 release date and a delayed launch of the PS3 version of the game, this information still may hold true.

    Wasn't this cancelled for PS3...?

Besides, if it releases more than two months after the other two, nobody's going to care about it, regardless of what exclusive content we could get.

Nobody would care about it if it's a flop, but if it's actually something good then i'm sure a lot of people would be caring about it 2 months after release.

Uhh what? If the game is a fantastic title, I'm sure some of us will care.
      But ok...
