A little mistake on the part of RABCAT's web site shows that they are definitely working on 3D content for Test Drive Unlimited 2, and a little hint also shows that they could be working on stuff for Forza Motorsport 3 as well.

It seems that the Austrian 3D gaming development company, RABCAT, is working on 3D aspects for the Xbox 360 versions of Test Drive Unlimited 2 and Forza 3.
