Sounds like you will have much more freedom this time around. They should be adding more mission types too, as the first suffered from depth. The swimming sounds interesting, diving the natural extension of the "leap of faiths" in Assassins Creed 1.

We’ve got an inside scoop on Ubisoft’s upcoming title, Assassin’s Creed II, and it looks like the team in Montreal really went all out this time around. Honestly, not being able to swim wasnt close to the reason of AC being the bore fest that it was.

People act like this game deserves a 10/10 now because you can swim.

as long as they get rid of the repetitiveness, it may end up being great. assassin missions themselves were great.

I loved the first, and now that you can swim, there are more missions and it is more in depth, it will be great. Not to mention the new assassin looks awesome!
