Today has been a good day for E3 leaks and it looks like Bungie just couldn't help themselves. It appears that Microsoft are going to announce Halo: Reach during their conference on the 1st of June.
Microsoft is going to announce a new Halo game.
The only information that we have so far is that it will be a prequel.

Bungie definitely added the forum.
I'm still hoping for a Halo game where we get to command ships, like Battlestations but with the UNSC and Covenant. You get all the different classes and you can launch boarding parties and send out Longsword fighters. You control your ship and you get to fire Archer missiles, MAC cannons and nuclear warheads at the covenant ships. And there's a Covenant campaign too. It'll never happen but, it'd be pretty sweet.
Humans/Spock say;
SPACE.THE FINAL FRONTIER.
My ass, the UNSC are vastly inferior.
Halo has four games since 2001. Four. That's about one per two years. Relax. People like the series and talk about it. It's heavily adverstized. That doesn't mean it has a new game every week like Mario or Roman Numerals longer than people's names where it can even be compared to those milkings.
The blind hating of Halo is 1000x more annoying than the fanboys (of whom I don't even see unless I specifically look for them in gamefaqs or something).
Though, I do think that, even though the series has been milked, it at least hasn't diminished in quality. I mean, it really hasn't gotten to the point that they have just started pumping out mediocre/below average MGS stuff in order to make money. At least, I don't think that.
Well, except perhaps the substance games, and the iPhone game.....yeah, those were for money. Suckers like me bought both the original games, AND the substance games.
I actually don't think Halo has really done that either(I'm referring to my second paragraph). Even though I'm not an enormous Halo fan, everything I've seen Halo-related seems to be of pretty above average quality. But I've only really played the games, and seen the action figures. I don't really know about the other stuff.
But this can't be real:/

It definitely happened.
Constant Halo is not really pushing the boundries..and I mean that in a respectable way. Microsoft have the talent and resources to provide us with more. That being said, a return to form with a title liken to the original Halo would be fantastic. Again, to contradict myself, i think that they could continue to milk it - The Calcium keeps their company strong.
They get worse and worse.
