I Am Alive Multiplayer Revealed?

It seems like Ubisoft's action survival game I Am Alive is a single-player-only experience. However, new evidence suggests that it may have a multiplayer component as well.

Ubisoft hasn't revealed too much about I Am Alive since its announcement in 2008. One of many things they never told us about it is that it has multiplayer.
