If a game gets popular reviews and good sales this generation, its almost guaranteed a sequel. And with an ending like inFamous's, its required. OPM has written in their recent issue that Sucker Punch might be releasing the sequel this year.

The publication has speculated that the title will revisit the game world "a significant time after the first game, offering a reshaped metropolis". However, this news remains speculation for the moment as Sony representatives have refused to comment on the publication's report.

This year? While I really hope it's true, I highly doubt it! That would be less than 2 years of a gap time, even shorter than Uncharted 2...

I'm not really sure just one year of development is enough to really add to the first game. Guess we'll see.

Ehhh . . . I don't know. As much as I want a sequel and can hardly wait, I don't want it this year. It would seem too rushed! Maybe Next year would allow for more development time.
