If Norwegian site Dagbladet's Q&A with David Cage is real, it looks like we might be able to expect Heavy Rain (or something related to Heavy Rain?) to support Sony's new motion control device in the future. Hopefully more information will be released on this.

“If you are talking about Motion Control,” he says in reply to a question about ‘motion technology’, “this is something we initially considered for Heavy Rain.” He then goes on to say that Heavy Rain was initially built on Motion Control, and that the controls of the final version are still based on the tech.

So far, so good. But here’s the headshot: “I have a lot of interest in Sony’s motion device,” he says. “There is a good chance that we announce something about it in the coming weeks… And yes, it will help if you buy Heavy Rain”
