Go Fanboy has posted a rumor speculating that ManHunt 3 will be coming to the Playstation 3 exclusively and will utilize the PS Move add-on for motion-controls. The article states that "while it makes sense", they are classifying it as a rumor until more news is released.

There's been a lot of speculation over the last couple days about an upcoming announcement from Sony at this year's E3 conference regarding a major exclusive. While we doubt the news we're getting from TakeTwo and Rockstar Games is the "big exclusive", it's still pretty interesting news.

Unless Aus has an R18+ rating by then this news means NOTHING (IF true) to us as the game very likely won't even be submitted here let alone pass classification.

But using Move I wonder if we would get it even if we do have an R18+ by then.

I doubt this is the big exclusive because as I said above, I doubt we will get the game so a fairly big market for the game would be lost.

If this is indeed true, then they'd better make the executions visible this time. Only reason I never finished MH2 was because I couldn't see shit when I was *bleep*ing all them guys up. I mean, c'mon! That was the best part of the first. Which I still rank as one of my Top 10 favorites games on the PS2.

Wasn't that because the game was going to receive an AO rating so they edited it to get an M rating?

Unfortunately, yeah. It got cut big time.

That game would be destined for a rating higher than R18 (X?)

Physically simulating murder using PSMove would not go down well at all.

Well it was ok with Scarface.Though while very gory was NOTHING compared to Manhunt.

But I think THIS game wouldn't pass even with an R18+ rating.Manhunt was banned in New Zealand even though they have an R18+ rating.

Don't care about exclusivity, just let me play it without the Move.
