Hey, the DSi XL was just released but that's not going to stop Nintendo from releasing the 3DS this October if "industry sources" are correct. They already had to announce it early because of leaks. Wonder how much more will come out before E3.

Nintendo had to announce the release of the 3DS early to beat reporters in Japan from leaking information too early. We still haven't seen the new hand-held from the House of Mario but we now may know when gamers can get it in their hands. According to industry source in the UK, the Nintendo 3DS will be released to retail this October ahead of the holiday season.
