Could gamers solve the mystery of the Origami Killer on the PC? That sounds like a possibility if a listing on Nvidia's website for their Physx technology is to be believed.

Unlike the Xbox 360, it's quite unusual for PS3 exclusive games to also make an appearance on the PC. However, Nvidia has listed Heavy Rain as an upcoming title for the PC that takes advantage of their video cards' PhysX GPU-acceleration technology.

    What? Um...no? lol

I'll put my hands up and go "my bad" if it actually does but I really SERIOUSLY doubt it's possible when Sony owns the publishing rights and it would need scaling down and redesign to move from blu-ray to DVD. Welcome to try, I thought the game was shit anyway, but I really doubt it XD

i'm pretty sure files are stored differently on discs that are meant to be read on the fly (console games) than discs that are meant to install (pc). compressing data too much on a disc for a console would slow loading, so the files are probably padded and whatnot. they wouldn't have to do this with an install disc, because it only has to be read at install, so they can pack it in all they want.

i'm pretty sure that's how it works anywho. maybe they could fit the game on a DVD in this case. technically. >_>

also i have no comment on the actual article because i don't give two shits about playstation games

Oh yeah, never considered that. Never even considered using my PC for gaming since it struggles to handle and essay on Micro$oft word.

    PhysX Games List—
Below is a partial listing of current and upcoming PhysX titles available for PC and console owners alike."

You didn't read the page right, this is a list for console games as well. They just made a mistake listing PC instead of PS3.

Heavy Rain doesn't use PhysX on the PS3. It uses Havok.
