Sources at SEGA have allegedly stated that a sequel to the Wii lightgun shooter House of the Dead: Overkill will be receiving a sequel sometime next year.

That said, with the PlayStation Move and Microsoft's Kinect now on the market, SEGA could be interested in bringing the franchise to the bigger consoles, where the fan base is more adult and a game like this would certainly be more welcome - especially compared to the 'family-friendly' image of the Wii.
