Dragon Quest X heading for the Wii U?

Yoichi Wada, CEO of Square Enix, has stated that the company is looking into the possibility of hashing a Dragon Quest X game for the Wii U, Nintendo's newly announced console.

As reported by Andriasang, Wada was asked about the status of Dragon Quest X for Wii now that Nintendo announced its next console. He said Square Enix is currently investigating ways to make the game work for Wii U.

    If I remember correctly, there were some rumblings a few years ago about DQX being released on Wii, so it wouldn't surprise me if it was released as a Wii-U title. And given the insane popularity of DQ in the east, I can image it would be a console selling game.
