    This is crazy. I wonder if this was all an accident, hmm, makes you think somebody could have had this idea as a practical joke while working a shift they were trying to get out of. Or... is it something more sinister?

    this is a mistake on the part of walmart. they did not get enough of those card display so some of the walmarts where like that a very small %. no one was told to remove them and leave them blank so they just left the old ones in. thats what i understand from talking with a manager at a walmart that did not have the card display too.
