iPad 3 Reportedly Due for Early 2012 Release

The iPad 2 may be obsolete sooner than you think. Apple is reportedly readying the iPad 3 for a release in the first three months of 2012. Rumored features include a 2048x1536-resolution screen, A6 processor and stereoscopic 3D.

    What happened to the iPad 2 being the latest and greatest thing? Why do people even but the new ones when theey can wait a couple of months for the sequel?
