The shots themselves have the Max Payne feel to them. Well maybe not exactly but they look like set pieces you would walk past in the game itself, i think if they give this a more grainy/film noir style then it could work really well.

I have high hopes, though perhaps that is the downfall of all game to movie tie ins, expectations are so high that the movie has no chance of being a success. Who is directing it anyway?

Max Payne shouldn't be too hard to pull off, might actually be a decent movie
