Fragile: Sayonara Tsuki no Haikyo is a Wii RPG that was first announced back in November 2007. Aside from a debut trailer and some gameplay and story details, news on Fragile have been relatively silent, leading some to believe that the game would be vaporware.

A bevy of new screenshots and art were released today via Japanese newssites Game Watch, GPara and Online Player EX, along with more preview information and character profiles. Fragile is shapening up to be a very tight and must-have game. You can see all the images and art at the various links.

Fragile is an adventure RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world where the player controls the protagonist, Seto, searching for any survivors of a world in which the majority of the population has vanished. While Seto must deal with ghosts and demons, Fragile is stated to focus more on "human drama". The Wii Remote will be used to aid in exploration.

Fragile is being jointly-developed by tri-Crescendo and the Venus & Braves team from Namco Bandai. Namco Bandai will publish Fragile. The official site for Fragile can be found here The game is slated for a 2008 release in Japan, but is currently unannounced outside of Japan.
