In what seems to be a cross between PixelJunk Monsters and Super Stardust HD, a new game has been revealed for the Playstation 3 - Savage Moon. The aim of the game is to create towers from which to attack massive space bugs... yup definitely a cross between the two...

Classic tower strategy gameplay heads into outer space in Savage Moon, as players attempt to protect an isolated planetary outpost from rampaging hordes of gigantic, ravenous space bugs. Position your towers in the best position possible to beat the bugs and convert your victory points into weapons that suit your preferred tactics. Classic strategy gaming meets interstellar gameplay with endless strategic possibilities.

PSN and XBLA the only place where sub par graphics that wouldn't even be accepted on the Playstation 1 are acceptable lol... This game looks good but i wish with the whole Siren and Ratchet and Clank taking up like 6Gb in a download our PSN arcade games could actually have some meaty graphics.

Hell these games are hardly large scale and the levels are usually very small these games could easily be the best looking games on the PS3. Most are done right but this one doesn't look that great, looks fun but on the Playstation 3 graphics are a huge factor for me.

I might get it though i will play the demo and then decide, as i already said graphics play a big part and just because it is an "arcade" game doesn't mean it can look appauling.

The graphics look fine to me, I think your expectations are too high. Not every company can afford to spend millions of dollars on graphics in a game which is meant to be nothing more than a quick 10 minutes of play every now and again.
