Check Out the Latest Pro Golfer Saru Characters and Screenshots

Akira_EX | September 12, 2008 | Screenshots | Wii
Based on a Fujiko Fujio A manga that was first serialized in the seventies, Pro Golfer Saru is an upcoming Wii golf game that will bring that manga/animated feel to your TV screen, with over-the-top effects that will get you pumped up and into the action.

In Pro Golfer Saru, each of the golfers have special moves at their disposal: main character Sarumari Sarutani has the ability to make his shots bounce off of walls, while bombshell Benpachi's Killer Bee lets her break her rivals' clubs.

Pro Golfer Saru will release in Japan on October 23rd, for 6090 yen. The game is being published by Namco Bandai. The official site for the game can be found here. You can check out the rest of the screenshots and art over at the source.

    Saru is Monkey. 0-0

Well looks interesting enough, a bit out there for a golfing game but who doesn't like a bit of variety now and then, spice things up so to speak.

OOOOH! Very interesting. Reminds me sort of like Hot Shots, the old golf game. I remember playing it with my Dad. We had a lot of fun.
